Dawn Elk
I often see elk tracks in winter, but I do not often see the elk. The new green growth of spring draws them out in search of fresh forage and the herd often wanders near people. This herd of bulls wandered by my trail cameras at dawn and later in the day.
They certainly are impressive animals!
