Let’s Go Max!

Max today

I live in the Kootenays and I have a big German Shepherd – that means lots of great hikes, snowshoeing and walks.  I always take photos, but about 4 years ago I also took some videos of my walks with Max using a Cannon Sureshot.  I have a lot to learn about taking videos, but I am glad I captured these moments with Max.

Max shares my life – including things like the “sing a silly bear song” contest.  Max had to share the vehicle with a large, stuffed…personality.

Don’t ask

Max is eleven now, and arthritis means his walks are a little shorter. But he is just as enthusiastic and eager for a walk – including hunting bugs and checking up to make sure the “other dogs” haven’t invaded his territory. We still have lots of walks to look forward to, Max and me.
