I had the great pleasure of visiting very good friends in Ontario last week.  It has been over 30 years since we first met but, as with all great friendships, it seemed like yesterday in all the important ways.  Old friends remind you of the best times, of the hilarious moments and those sadder, bitter sweet moments too.  Good friends – and especially time tested friends – are a great treasure.

I took a camera with me (of course!) and I managed to capture some spring moments in Ontario. It was not my best camera but these photos still show some of the wonderful things I remember about Ontario in spring: the calling of the Mourning Doves; the scarlet of the Cardinal males and sky blue of the Blue Jays; and oh so much more. I enjoyed my visit. I hope you enjoy the photos.
