And Three Ungulates Walked By: Wildlife Videos

I love using wildlife cameras.  Setting up the cameras is fun, but the anticipation is almost the best part – was I right? Do otters swim here? Did the beaver use this trail? But then, collecting the data card and seeing who walked by the camera is perhaps even better than the anticipation.

This spring the camera captured three ungulates: Elk, Mule Deer and White-tailed Deer on the trails up the mountain. I wonder if at some point, the cameras will capture fawns with the cows and does? Isn’t anticipation wonderful?
