All this and ice cream too!

July 20, 2013

I have shared some photos from my week at Kokanee Creek Provincial Park as the naturalist – enjoy!

Kokanee Creek Park Naturalist Notebook

It certainly was a busy time at Kokanee Creek this week! Toni Appleby talked about wolves at Science in the Park. The naturalist talks were well attended on the other week nights and Jerry’s Rangers were on the trails learning about the park and asking lots of questions. Yoga at the Park was well attended and Romani’s artists in the park enjoyed the unique artist’s venue.

The Dipper young are growing and the adults are more than busy finding insects to feed those big mouths. Ghost flowers are emerging and the woods are alive with life.

All this and ice cream too! Enjoy the photos.
